Beca House Official Opening 2025
We recently celebrated the official opening of Beca House in the Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct. The event marked the completion of New Zealand’s largest urban regeneration project, transforming what was once an under-utilised industrial site into a busy mixed-use precinct.
Beca House stands as the fifth and final building in this $500M, decade-long redevelopment — a 6 Green Star and 5 NABERSNZ rated workplace that reflects our shared commitment to sustainability, innovation, and placemaking.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped bring this vision to life, especially Auckland Council, Auckland Urban Development Office, Warren and Mahoney and Beca who have been our dedicated project managers throughout and now our valued client in the building.
A heartfelt thank you to our distinguished guests, including the Rt. Hon. Christopher Luxon Prime Minister of New Zealand, Mayor Wayne Brown, Precinct Chair Anne Urlwin and Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei. Your presence made this event even more special.
