Lease Administrator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

The purpose of the Lease Administrator role is to ensure that the lease information in Precinct’s management information system accurately reflects the contractual position in Precinct’s leases at all times. This role is also responsible for ensuring accurate billing and receipting of all accounts receivable amounts and working with Property Managers to manage outstanding arrears.

The Accounts Payable Administrator role works within the accounting team across all functions of the Precinct business.  The main purpose of the role is to process and pay supplier invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
