As Assistant Site Manager you will assist with the day-to-day running of our Precinct Flex site at Bowen Campus along with providing friendly and welcoming reception services.
The Senior Property Manager will develop a strong network within the property industry. A very high level of expertise and competence in negotiation, commercial awareness and current market dynamics are essential.
The purpose of the Site Manager role is to oversee the day-to-day management of the site. The role has overall responsibility for performance at Site including team engagement, financial and operational performance and achieving high levels of member (tenant) satisfaction.
