As the HR Analyst, you'll help turn people data into clear, useful insights that support better decisions across Precinct. You'll work closely with People & Culture, Finance and leaders across the business to strengthen reporting, maintain accurate systems and support key people processes. Reporting to the General Manager, People and Culture, you'll work across people reporting, systems, payroll coordination and core People & Culture processes.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Auckland-based Property team. If you are commercially minded, passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience, and enjoy working collaboratively to maximise the performance of premium property assets, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across Precinct's Auckland portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Auckland, you'll manage a portfolio of assets and deliver on their strategy and business plan performance, working closely with Property, Facilities, Finance, Marketing and Legal teams.
