The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for financial modelling, market analysis and corporate planning. The remit includes maintaining and enhancing the corporate financial model, business planning, transactions support and preparing materials for executive leadership, investor communications, and external reporting.
The Marketing Manager, Corporate, plays a key role in executing the overarching marketing strategy for Precinct’s office portfolio, including both traditional and flexible workspace offerings (Precinct Flex).

The Senior Property Manager will develop a strong network within the property industry. A very high level of expertise and competence in negotiation, commercial awareness and current market dynamics are essential.
The purpose of the Site Manager role is to oversee the day-to-day management of the site. The role has overall responsibility for performance at Site including team engagement, financial and operational performance and achieving high levels of member (tenant) satisfaction.
