The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for financial modelling, market analysis and corporate planning. The remit includes maintaining and enhancing the corporate financial model, business planning, transactions support and preparing materials for executive leadership, investor communications, and external reporting.
This is a commercial property management position based on-site at one of our Precinct Flex locations in Auckland’s CBD. You’ll ensure the site runs smoothly, meets financial and occupancy goals, and delivers a premium experience for members and clients.
