We specialise in city centre regeneration projects. Our project locations are well-connected to major public transport routes and include a mix of retail, hospitality and office.
In 2020, we completed Commercial Bay in Auckland. This waterfront block between lower Queen and Albert Streets comprises five commercial office towers. Central to this office community is the Commercial Bay retail centre, 120 local and international fashion brands, health and beauty amenity as well as bars, restaurants and eateries. Collectively, Commercial Bay is home to 10,000 workers, a third of those occupying the PwC Tower, as incredible building standing 180 metres tall and has transformed Auckland's skyline.
Precinct has an active development pipeline leveraging its scale, financial strength and management expertise. Current developments include Stage 3 of our commercial development in Wynyard Quarter, Auckland's innovation precinct, Bowen Campus in Wellington's parliamentary precinct and the redevelopment of One Queen Street, Auckland, into a 5-star Intercontinental Hotel and commercial offices.
