61 Molesworth Street will offer premium commercial offices in Wellington's parliamentary precinct designed with sustainability in mind.

The building will deliver a seismically resilient, environmentally-focused commercial office building across 11 levels with ground floor amenities including a lobby café, meeting suites, and end of trip facilities.

Due for completion in 2025, this prime commercial office space will be home to the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT).
