Wynyard Quarter is fast becoming one of Auckland’s most sought after neighbourhoods to live, work and play. Just a stone’s throw from the CBD, it is one of the largest urban regeneration projects New Zealand has ever seen, and it has grown to be an immense source of pride for Aucklanders.
The ambitions for Wynyard Quarter were world class from the start, and our Wynyard Quayside development will deliver on those credentials.
Comprising of 3 new, architecturally distinct buildings, all of which have been designed with modern, more agile ways of working and collaborating front of mind, Wynyard Quayside is the final stage of the Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct.
Boasting amazing views over the Viaduct Harbour and central city beyond, all 3 buildings have been designed by Warren and Mahoney with a strong focus on wellbeing and workplace productivity.
124 Halsey St
124 Halsey Street will deliver approx. 9,700sq/m NLA, and is being constructed with innovative building materials and services which combine to create a diverse office environment for a modern business.
The design allows the building to seamlessly flow into the adjacent laneways, encouraging connection with surrounding businesses and occupiers. The building is targeting 6 Green Star - Design & As Built rating, as well as targeting a market leading NABERSNZ rating.
117 Pakenham St
117 Pakenham Street will deliver approx. 8,700sq/m NLA. Taking learnings from Commercial Bay, the side core design has the potential to achieve up to a 15% increase in efficiency in terms of space occupied. We will be targeting 5-star Green Star design and built rating at 117 Pakenham, as well as targeting a market leading NABERSNZ rating.
The Flowers Building
The Flowers building is a mass timber structure, a re-emerging construction material selected for both its contribution to a sustainable development, but also an appealing architectural feature.
At this stage, the Flowers building is intended to be Generator space, providing shared office environment and can be offered to any incoming clients as fully flexible, tap and go workspace managed by Generator if required.
Tenants for all 3 buildings will have access to cutting edge end of trip facilities and associated services including bike parking, bike repair station and laundered towel service. Basement car parks are also allocated to the buildings.
