We will be targeting 5-star Green Star design and built rating at 117 Pakenham, as well as targeting a market leading NABERSNZ rating.

The Flowers Building

The Flowers building is a mass timber structure, a re-emerging construction material selected for both its contribution to a sustainable development, but also an appealing architectural feature.

At this stage, the Flowers building is intended to be Generator space, providing shared office environment and can be offered to any incoming clients as fully flexible, tap and go workspace managed by Generator if required.

Tenants for all 3 buildings will have access to cutting edge end of trip facilities and associated services including bike parking, bike repair station and laundered towel service. Basement car parks are also allocated to the buildings.
