This office development is a natural extension of Orams’ world-class marine precinct — a vibrant hub serving superyachts, commercial and recreational marine industries, and passionate boaters alike since 1908.
Designed by RTA Studio, 164 Beaumont Street comprises two architecturally considered buildings, each designed to maximise natural light, views, and convenience. All spaces are light-filled, efficient, and adaptable, ready for a modern fit-out that makes the most of the site’s waterfront outlook.
