International Women's Day at Precinct

This morning we marked International Women’s Day at Precinct during our weekly Monday all-staff meeting with a panel discussion featuring female leaders from across the business - Alison Barras (Independent Director), Nicola McArthur (General Manager - Marketing, Communications and Experience), and Louise Rooney ( General Counsel & Company Secretary) - facilitated by Emma de Vries (General Manager - People and Culture).

International Women’s Day is an opportunity to reflect on how we show up as an organisation, the progress we’ve made and the actions that help create a workplace where women are supported, represented and able to thrive.

The discussion touched on career inflection points, the value of someone backing you before you feel ready, and the practical ways leaders can use their influence to create opportunities for others.
