Precinct improves GRESB survey score again. 

We are very pleased to announce we have once again improved on our GRESB survey score with a result of 86 out of 100 for our Portfolio, up from 82 last year. Compared to our Listed peers in Oceania, we are 6^th for our overall GRESB score as well as 4^th for our Performance score.

This continual improvement demonstrated against the leading global metric for ESG in Real Estate has been achieved through a coordinated team effort. Known in the property industry as the annual ‘sustainability olympics’ for funds, we look forward to continuing to improve in future cycles. We congratulate all other organisations receiving their GRESB results this week and look forward to joining our peers at the Regional Insights event on November 30^th in Auckland.
